Kevin Youkilis: Loves gouda with his Cabernet.
If you can figure out the thread title, you're awesome. That was suggested to me by my dad, who is getting sick of this guy.

You know, I'm fairly certain that when a teammate smacks you around for being a whiny little puss, and that teammate is Manny Ramirez, a person with more quirks than Adrian Monk.......you probably need to dial it down a bit. Is anyone else getting sick of this guy (and his whole team, for that matter) and his incessant whining? It's like they all have to cry after games about EVERYTHING. The umpiring, the other players, the other manager, the weather, etc. It's really unprofessional. Does he really think Joba threw at him intentionally last night? Why would he throw at him intentionally, considering he didn't last time but got suspended for two games anyway? Christ Almighty dude, SHUT UP.

Um ... so Joba only throws behind this one player .... but it's not intentional? And it happened after a hard slide into home plate? Gee, what a coincidence.
I think there might be a need to grow up a little on both sides.

AKA Kevin likes a little cheese to go with his WHINE.
Joba: "I'm trying to get him out. He'd been on base two times. I don't want him to be on base again."
Youkilis: "Wah."

Gee, you curse a lot... no offense.
I hate Youkilis too. He needs to take a chill pill. The guy thinks he's such hot stuff, really. I guess after Scott Proctor hit him in the head last year he's gotten screwed up and all... but am I the only one who thinks he ducked in the way of that ball? Who cares, he should be over it. If you can't stand the heat, you either get out of the kitchen or GET USED TO THE FRIKKING HEAT.

Perhaps Youkilis' initials (KY) are such for a reason -see link below if you don't catch on to this. He can complain all he wants, as long as his team keeps losing that is fine with me.

Always glad to see your posts. I have been a long time reader. This is not the proper forum but I did not have your contact address. A few months back a friend and I started a group of blogs called My Team Rivals. We have a Yankees site called "The Bronx Daily" and a Rivalry site called "The Great Rivalry". We like your work and were wondering if you would be interested in writing for us. If you are interested, please email me at Bill@myteamrivals.com and I can give you more details. The site links are below.
Thanks,
Bill

As a Greensboro resident and fellow Yankees fan, I'm issuing the following public service announcement for new Greensboro-ians...Stay away from these bars, they're not Yankees Chick-friendly and crawling with Red Sox fans and propaganda: Stumble Stilskins (Market Street) and The Speakeasy Tavern(Battleground Ave.)
Both were fun places until 2004...but then again I have no recollection of 2004.
But hey, the 'boro is not all bad....Jeter, Posada and Mo played single A here.

Thanks for the heads up, LOL. I live closer to Winston-Salem than I do Greensboro, but I head into that city quite a bit. And too bad the Grasshoppers aren't still connected to the Yankees.
