Holy sh!t, people. When Hank Steinbrenner says we need to play more like the Rays.....that's a sign this team is swirling around the bowl as we speak. I don't even have anything to say about this team, other than the fact they're embarrassing me. The offense is in the crapper, our pitching, aside from Wang and Moose (yeah, you read that right) has been woefully inadequate and did I mention our offense is in the crapper?

Please do not worry about the Subway Series being horrifying. The Mets have been stinking up the place pretty good on their own. You guys just have to get to our pen and that won't be too difficult - Willie seems to pull our starters before they break a sweat.
As for the Mets offense against Yankee pitching ??? Don't make me laugh - we just lost 3 of 4 to the last place Nats and made each of their pitchers look like Cy Young winners. And our base running blunders and fielding errors are embarassing.
Yeah, Johan is pitching but Willie will yank him out by the 6th and "Heilman/Wise and Co." will hand over the game. So as I said, don't worry.
Good thing I like both teams so I will be happy no matter who wins :)

We have not scored more than 2 runs since May 9. I don't even know what to say anymore other than "Oh well." Right now, we seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel, at least there is no way but up. Oh great, Farnsworth just gave up a dinger, it's now 4-2.
