Come on, Mo. No team is going to give you the 4 years you want, not even the Yankees. So it would be in your best interest to take the deal offered to you, sign it and then we can all get on with the off-season. We're all waiting with bated breath the AL MVP announcement and hopefully along with that, the final word on Alex's contract situation. Apparently all that's left is Alex's John Hancock. Is it just me or is the off-season not looking so sh!tty anymore?
You are right Beth. In spite of really being basically where you were when the season ended, sans Torre, you still have the power and talent you had last year which is *significantly* better than what is was looking like a few weeks ago -just need to get some arms for the mound (like everyone else I guess) and I'd say the Bombers will be in pretty decent shape ..

Amazing how the Yankees fortunes have turned in such a short period of time. It was looking pretty bleak just a few weeks ago.
