....however Mo may head out to LA with Joe if the Yankees don't lock him down. Which is just what I want to hear from Mariano Rivera, lifelong Yankee and team legend. That he'll follow good ol' Joe out to LA. Come on Mo......just sign on the **** dotted line and get this over with. We've given you everything, you've given us everything. So do this last little thing for us. Super. Don't worry if you don't see updates from me every day; the Yankees off-season isn't always hustle and bustle every day, so there's not always something to write about. You are completely right the Yankees need to lock down Posada before he leaves. I really do not understand why it is taking them so long to re sign him. It would definitely be nice in we had Mo for at least another year.

I was very encouraged to see that Jorge agreed to the four-year deal. While the Yankees overpaid for him, they only have themselves to blame. They should have signed him and Mariano before the 2007 season, and his outstanding 2007 would have likely appeared a bargain.
I hear you about not posting every day. It's been a real step back from the daily intensity of the season, which is not all bad. I hope all is well with you.
