Hard to believe that when I started this blog back in April of 2006, 4 1/2 years later I’d have 300,000+ visitors. I didn’t start the blog for the page hits of course, but they’ve certainly been a great bonus to all the writing that I do. According to my SiteMeter page, visitor #300,000 came from Minnesota, so I consider that completely and totally appropriate.
My thanks to everyone who has come by, either once or multiple times, and I hope that if you’re a frequent visitor of these friendly climes, you keep coming back. If you’re a first-timer…..make it a habit. I don’t bite. Hard. Well, I will if you pay extra. A girl has bills to pay, you know. 
Congratulations; my car died long before 300K miles! Too much city driving will do that. Half a million visitors are right around the corner.
